Face Mask 3D with Filter Pocket, 2 Kind of Straps

Well, i have to admit that this tutorial may be a little bit late. Cause, there have been a lot of tutorials for this kind of mask out there.
But, better late than never, right? ;)

So, here we are, finally i have  a 'click' to make this mask. 

I use batik for the front part. one of them is Depok Batik. I bought it about 5 years ago and keep it 'save' in my fabric storage till yesterday. The motif of Depok Batik itself represent start fruit, a fruit which is become a symbol of this town.

About 3D model of the mask itself, actually I've tried to make it once. But i haven't got the fixed suitable dimension till yesterday.
I've upload it to google drive and you can download it here. But if you prefer draw by yourself , here i write down the dimension. For larger or smaller dimension you just add or reduce the witdh of the mask.

DIY Travel Bag Organizer, Fabric Scraps Patchwork Idea

It's been a long time since the last time i was eager to make this tutorial. It's not just about the look, but also, its purpose. Yes, i am a kind of person who love picking on something base on the purpose or the advantage of the stuff.

And the time finally arrived!

I was forced to make this organizer before my daughter go to her boarding school. She need a easy carry bag to put her underwears and stuff. And I can say more than pleased making this for her.

More over, I also have an opportunity to recorded the process and then edited it as my intended content on my channel, Ayaran tutorial DIY. By the way, the former name of my channel is ayaran's needleworks DIY. But i may confess that it's not easily pronounce by Indonesian. Cause needleworks is not something familiar with our mother tongue.

So, I changed the name of my second channel from Ayaran's Needleworks DIY to Ayaran Tutorial DIY.

Online Workshop for Free at Ayaran

I have no idea, where this gut came from. May be because I just wanna do a good deed? Or I miss my friends so much.. Or anything else. But I have to admit that several months at the past, I often post my status on Facebook. Which is has a great influences to shape me 'till what I've become now.

So, on Wednesday I finally make announcement to open free online workshop for bag making. For first class, the project is July Backpack. Actually I already gave it as a bonus for the buyers of my seconf bag making book, Tas Handmade dari Tote ke Backpack. I put the tutorial on Google classroom, although for the first, it take place on whatsapp group. But, as most of us not custom to google classroom, it didn't work as i expected.

So, finally i decided to open the class again. But now, it will remain on wag. Until tonight, as I recently checked, the participants grows to 115 person. The class will be start tomorrow, on Friday at 10 am.

In order to not to displeased my students, i checked the pattern here. Make sure the scale is fit to real dimension.
