Karakter Craft Menurut Bue Ayaran: Koleris, Sanguinis, Melankolis, Plegmatis

 

Entah tasnya yg unyu, atau sulamannya yang bikin terharu, tuh tas Elly dipesan beberapa teman baru.

Jadi, kayaknya Bue Ayaran mau ngedesain motif2 sulaman dulu deh. Secara beberapa bulan lalu ada pesenan 2 sampai sekarang blm kelar dikerjain gara2 belum manteb sama sulamannya. 

Iyes, tas bisa dikerjakan tanpa mood sekalipun. Tapi kalau sulaman, duh.. harus menepikan semua kegiatan. Kalbu harus dalam kondisi benar2 damaii, and body rileks kayak habis massage n bekam.

Rajutan, ini dia ibarat adik kecil yang melompat2 merajuk minta perhatian mulu. Nggak perlu mood dia mah.

Jadi kalau diibaratkan karakter orang, Bag Making ini type koleris. kekeuh, fokus, determined.

Si Sulam benang, nyaris kebalikannya, si Melankolis yang suka baperan, halus perasaan. Sedangkan si Adik kecil rajutan itu, dia Sanguinis. Fun, heboh, dan lebih mudah dibikin tutorialnya krn nggak perlu menata meja lebar2, siapain bahan, nggak perlu bikin pola kayak si tas, dan nggak perlu banyak perasaan.

Ngeditnya juga enakan si rajutan..

Elly Handbag Tutorial, DIY Bag Tutorial

 I named this bag Elly, referring to a friend who is the source of inspiration for this handbag.

She posted patterns and tutorials for this bag which intended to store and carry sewing supplies. The upper gusset tapers and no sling strap (as I recall).

I changed the pattern, I increased the gusset fully to the height of the bag, which I also changed the size. This finished bag measurement is L25xW12xH7cm (9.8x4.7x2.8").

Beside making changing on the gusset, I added a zipper pocket in the middle as well which also functions as a bag divider. As for the front I gave a pocket. The secure system used magnetic button, attached to the flap.

Instead of handle (carrying strap), I also attached oval rings on both sides to attach the adjustable long strap. It made of synthetic leather in matching color.

For the outer material I used imported linen and suede fabric. Especially on the flap, I have hand embroidered with sewing equipment motifs. So it looks nicer, right?  For lining used cotton fabric, while the interlining used foam.

How to use foam interlining is  sewing it with zigzag motif all along the edges of outer and interlining. So It wont be too bulky while we joint parts
