The idea is to use linen scraps in a patchwork. And I want to transform it into a simple bag, but I don't want a box and rounded as well in shape. Then I decided to cut the lower part, becoming a flat shape. Finished dimension (LengthxHeightxWidth) 18cmx17cmx6cm (7 1/8"x6 6/8"x2 3/8")
Considering the simplicity of making a pattern and how my friends will download it easily, I design the dimension that fits in A4 paper. You can download the pattern here
This crossbody bag can function as handbags and purses because I put handles on top of it.
Spruce up the patchwork of linen, I sewed with the help of thin print paper to combine them. Only after that did I tear the paper, then cover the wrong side of it with fusible interlining.
On the first try, I used suede fabric as a combination of the main exterior (btw, now I use this term instead of outer). Handle I insert a layer of eva foam with the intention of its being upright. But for the crossbody strap, I didn't insert the interlining.
Using the reverse technic as, usual, I use a vislon zipper so that it can be opened with two sliders right and left.
I also add a pocket with a magnetic button on the back part and for the lining, I Add a zipper pocket. I used a small magnetic button. 1,2 cm diameter.

For the second occasion, I make it with a combination of linen and synthetic leather. I use cotton for the lining. and for the main exterior, I used t103 which was sewn directly including the seam. While in the video tutorial, I just insert an eva foam between the main exterior and lining. and it has not to include sea allowance.
For shortened the duration of the video tutorial, I created and uploaded the making of the strap first. you may watch it
